The TECEflex universal piping system is designed for the installation of water supply, heating, and compressed air systems.

TECEflex – time-proven connection

TECEflex pipe connection technology is based on axial pressing. Millions of connections made prove the system’s reliability and durability. Multilayer (PE-Xc/AL/PE) and PE-Xc pipes are connected using simple expansion and ring pressing tools. This method has remained unchanged for 25 years.

TECEflex – improper connection detection. Impossible to overlook.

If a connection is made incorrectly, leakage will be visible immediately after filling the system. In other systems, poorly made connections might not leak right away:

1. Clearly visible incomplete connection. The ring is not fully pressed.

2. Leakage appears immediately upon filling the system.

3. A properly made connection – no leakage, the ring is fully pressed onto the fitting, and this is CLEARLY VISIBLE.

Bronze – for the future of engineering systems…

Since December 1, 2013, only bronze fittings are allowed in potable water installations in Germany and the Netherlands. It’s only a matter of time before this requirement reaches other markets. The new material meets stricter engineering standards and complies with current norms:

• Water supply systems DIN 1988 / DIN EN 806
• Gas supply systems DVGW TRGI 2008
• Heating systems
• Compressed air systems

PPSU – plastic fittings for heating and water supply

As an alternative to brass fittings, more affordable PPSU fittings can be used. PPSU is a plastic highly resistant to mechanical impact and shock. DVGW-approved TECEflex PPSU fittings are corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, pressure- and temperature-resistant, and durable. Their impeccable hygiene properties ensure excellent performance. PPSU fittings are used in heating and water supply systems.

Standard brass

A cost-effective alternative to bronze – fittings made from standard brass. These fittings can be used without restriction in heating and compressed air systems and with some limitations in drinking water systems. Suitable for gas installations as well.
