About the Manufacturer
This is the most famous water heater factory in the Czech Republic with over 40 years of tradition. The company produces 20, 50, 80, 100, 125, 160, 180, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 750 and 1000 liter vertical, horizontal, electric, combined, stationary water heaters. High technology level and polyurethane thermal insulation guarantee low heat losses and economical operation. Environmentally friendly powder coatings on the external tank shell minimally pollute the environment.
About the Product
The interior of the Dražice heater tank is made of special steel sheet, protected from corrosion by ENAMEL fired at 850°C. By applying new technical knowledge and the most modern technologies, a high technical level of heaters has been achieved. Since the technical solutions are well thought out and high-quality materials are used, the heaters rarely break down and last a long time. The heaters are equipped with control and protection elements that significantly improve operational safety and economy. Magnesium anode - additional corrosion protection - also extends the tank's service life. The electric heating element (electric heating rod) is not immersed in water but is dry-mounted in a steel container welded to a steel connection cover. Since the heater tank and connection cover are made of the same material (steel), no galvanic pairs or electrochemical erosion occur. This is the biggest advantage compared to heaters with immersed heating elements, which are usually made of different metals (copper, stainless steel) and therefore suffer from electrochemical corrosion. This ceramic element system is also suitable for hard and contaminated water and significantly extends the tank's service life. Through cleaning openings, you can access the inside of the tank and remove sediment and limescale. Thermal insulation with a thickness of 42-60 mm (does not contain freon) guarantees low heat losses. Vertically mounted water heaters can be installed directly above the bathtub. Water temperature is set by a thermostat located on the outside of the heater, further improving product features. Magnesium anode - additional corrosion protection - also extends the tank's service life.
Purpose
The heaters are primarily designed for use in households, public social buildings, offices, pensions, shops, and wherever domestic hot water needs to be prepared with minimal costs. 20-liter capacity water heaters heat water very quickly, making them particularly convenient for installation where cold water needs to be prepared frequently and in short intervals, such as in cottages, small houses, kitchens, etc. In combined and indirect heating heaters, the entire tank volume can be heated by heating water from another heat source (e.g., central heating boiler) via heat exchangers, saving electricity. Indirect heating heaters are most often used in conjunction with another water heating source (gas boiler, solar system, heat pump). Due to their high power, they guarantee sufficient hot water supply for large consumers, such as shopping centers, restaurants, and similar establishments. For high domestic hot water demand, they typically operate similarly to a flow-through heater.
