About the Manufacturer
This is the most renowned water heater factory in the Czech Republic, with over forty years of tradition. The company produces vertical, horizontal, electric, combined, and stationary water heaters with capacities of 20, 50, 80, 100, 125, 160, 180, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, 750, and 1000 liters. High technological standards and polyurethane thermal insulation guarantee minimal heat loss and economical operation. Environmentally friendly powder coatings on the external casing minimally pollute the environment.
About the Product
Inside, the Dražice heater tank is made of special steel sheet, protected from corrosion by ENAMEL fired at 850°C. By applying new technical knowledge and cutting-edge technologies, a high technical level has been achieved. Since the technical solutions are well thought out and high-quality materials are used, the heaters rarely fail and last long. The heaters are equipped with regulation and safety elements that significantly improve operational safety and efficiency. The magnesium anode—additional corrosion protection—also extends the tank's service life. The electric heating element (electric TEN) is not immersed in water but is dry-fitted into a steel container welded to the steel junction cover. Because the tank and junction cover are made of the same material (steel), no galvanic pairs or electrochemical erosion occur. This is the biggest advantage compared to heaters with immersed heating elements, which are often made of different metals (copper, stainless steel), leading to electrochemical corrosion. This ceramic element system is also suitable for hard and contaminated water and significantly extends the tank's lifespan. Sediment and limescale can be cleaned through access openings. Thermal insulation (42–60 mm thick, freon-free) ensures minimal heat loss. Vertically mounted water heaters can be installed directly above the bathtub. Water temperature is set by an externally mounted thermostat, further improving the product's features. The magnesium anode—additional corrosion protection—also extends the tank's service life.
Purpose
The heaters are primarily designed for household use, public social buildings, offices, pensions, shops, and places where domestic hot water needs to be prepared at minimal cost. The 20-liter water heaters heat water very quickly, making them ideal for installation in places where cold water is needed frequently and in short intervals, such as summer houses, small homes, kitchens, etc. In combined and indirect heating heaters, the entire tank volume can be heated using heating water from another heat source (e.g., a central heating boiler) via heat exchangers, saving electricity. Indirect heating heaters are often used alongside another water heating source (gas boiler, solar system, heat pump). Due to their high power, they guarantee sufficient hot water for large consumers, such as shopping centers, restaurants, and similar establishments. For high hot water demand, they often function similarly to a flow-through heater.
