PressureWave (PWB) tanks are ideal for a wide range of applications: pressure boosting, thermal expansion, irrigation, and hydraulic shock absorption systems.

PressureWave (PWB) series tanks are built with a polypropylene liner and a high-grade butyl diaphragm approved by the FDA. Everything is secured to the tank walls with a compression ring. The brass air valve is sealed with a cap containing a rubber gasket to prevent air leaks. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel fitting.

The diaphragm and liner are reinforced in high-wear areas for longer durability. All internal components, including the air valve, are designed to protect the diaphragm from rupture under extreme conditions. The unique water inlet fitting provides double water/air sealing without any leaks, making the tank maintenance-free. The exterior is protected by a double polyurethane paint layer over an epoxy primer to resist UV rays and salt.

Each PressureWave (PWB) tank is tested at multiple stages of the production line to ensure structural integrity.
