PressureWave (PWB) pressure tanks are ideally suited for many applications: pressure boosting, thermal expansion, irrigation, and water hammer arrestor systems.

PressureWave (PWB) series pressure tanks are constructed with polypropylene lining and high-grade butyl diaphragm, approved by FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). All this is secured to the tank walls with a compression ring. The brass air valve is screwed into a cap with a rubber sealing ring for additional protection against air leakage. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel inlet.

The diaphragm and lining are reinforced in high-wear areas for extended service life. All internal components, including the air valve, are designed to protect the diaphragm from rupture under extreme conditions. The unique water inlet provides double water/air sealing without any leaks, making the tank maintenance-free. On the exterior, a double layer of polyurethane paint over epoxy primer provides protection against UV rays and salt.

PressureWave (PWB) tank quality is verified at multiple stages of the production line to ensure structural integrity of each unit.
