PressureWave (PWB) pressure tanks are ideal for many applications: pressure boosting, thermal expansion, irrigation, and hydraulic shock absorption systems.

PressureWave (PWB) series tanks are constructed with a polypropylene liner and a high-quality butyl diaphragm approved by the FDA (US Food and Drug Administration). All components are secured to the tank walls with a clamping ring. The brass air valve is sealed with a cap containing a rubber sealing ring that prevents air leakage. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel nozzle.

The diaphragm and liner are reinforced at high-wear areas for extended service life. All internal parts, including the air valve, are designed to protect the diaphragm from tearing even under extreme conditions. The unique water inlet nozzle provides double water/air sealing without leaks, so the tank requires no maintenance. The exterior features a double polyurethane paint layer on an epoxy primer to protect against UV radiation and salt.

The quality of PressureWave (PWB) tanks is checked at several stages on the production line to ensure the structural integrity of each tank.
