PressureWave (PWB) pressure tanks are ideal for many applications: pressure boosting, thermal expansion, irrigation, hydraulic shock absorption systems.

PressureWave (PWB) series tanks are constructed with a polypropylene liner and a high-quality butyl diaphragm approved by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). All components are secured to the tank walls with a compression ring. The bronze air valve is sealed with a cap containing a rubber sealing ring, providing additional protection against air leakage. Water enters the tank through a patented stainless steel nozzle.

The diaphragm and liner are reinforced in high-wear areas for longer service life. All internal parts, including the air valve, are designed to protect the diaphragm from rupture under extreme conditions. The unique water inlet nozzle provides a double water/air seal without leaks, so no maintenance is required. The outer surface features a double polyurethane paint layer on an epoxy primer, ensuring protection against UV rays and salt corrosion.

The quality of PressureWave (PWB) tanks is tested at several production line stages to ensure the structural integrity of each tank.
