WAVIN Optima - a thick-walled pipe and fitting system made of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) designed for wastewater discharge inside buildings. Pipes and fittings can be gray (RAL 7037) or white (RAL 9003). The pipes are corrosion-resistant, unaffected by chemically contaminated water, and do not accumulate deposits. The system is also resistant to hot water, but water at 95°C should not flow for more than 1-2 minutes.

The next-generation structural wall pipe has three layers: outer and inner layers made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and a foamed layer in between. The pipe complies with the European standard LST EN 1453-1, approved by the Lithuanian Standardization Department under the Ministry of Environment. Noise tests have shown that the new-generation thick-walled WAVIN pipe occupies an intermediate position between previous monolithic single-layer pipes and special low-noise pipes, making it a semi-low-noise pipe in terms of sound-damping properties.
