OSTENDORF Skolan is a fully assembled low-noise internal wastewater system, manufactured in Germany from Skolan — a plastic material that replaces cast iron. Pipes with outer diameters of 58, 78, 160, and 200 mm, as well as all necessary connecting and fitting parts, are produced at the highest quality level. Compared to cast iron systems, the OSTENDORF Skolan products are faster to install due to the use of socket connection fittings.

OSTENDORF Skolan products are resistant to hot water and meet DIN 1986 standards — able to withstand temperatures of up to 20° C for short periods and up to 90°C for longer periods. These products are suitable for wastewater with a pH from 2 to 12.

Simple, fast, and economical installation

OSTENDORF Skolan products, compared to cast iron systems, are lightweight, making them easy to lift and carry. Pipeline parts are joined with practically tested socket joints, and pipes are easy to cut, enabling fast and simple installation, saving time and reducing costs.

Durable noise insulation material

OSTENDORF Skolan products are very strong, corrosion resistant, and do not accumulate deposits. They provide optimal conditions for long-term use.

No issues with hot and greasy water

OSTENDORF Skolan products are highly resistant to hot and greasy water (e.g., wastewater from food preparation establishments).

Applications

Suitable for individual houses, multi-storey buildings, administrative buildings, hospitals, hotels. Can be installed as separate wastewater discharge lines, risers, rainwater risers, collectors, and ventilation pipes.

Material

"Skolan" is a mineral-reinforced polypropylene resistant to hot water. Due to its high density and special molecular structure, Astolan can absorb noise transmitted both through air and construction.
